Here is my first digital painting ever. This one is a kind of exercise to get familiar with the technique. The purpose was to draw as near as possible to the original photo.
It took me 20 or 30 hours to achieve this painting on a period of one month o_O (sometimes I just didn't want to look at it anymore lol) I've lost much time exploring but I hope the next one will be more intuitive now that I have a best knowledge of the tools :]

95% done in Open Canvas and some refining in Photoshop.
